How it Works?

Step 1

Email us the project drawings & documents. This can be in the format of either:

Attached Docs
Dropbox Link
Bid-contender Invite
EstimateOne Invite

Step 2

We provide you with a lump sum fee within 10 hours. Accept our price and one of our experienced Estimators will get onto it straight away.

Step 3

The Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and drawing mark-ups are produced and submitted to you via Drop-box Link prior to your nominated due date.

Step 4

Once you receive the BOQ add your rates in the automated excel spreadsheet. Submit your price to your client using your standard quote letter template.
